My Hanh Nguyen, MD

Dr. My Hanh Nguyen was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States at a young age. She grew up in Spring, Texas, where she developed a love for science and caring for others. A proud graduate of Oak Ridge High School, she was her class valedictorian in 2012.

Dr. Nguyen went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with Highest Honors in 2016. She then completed her medical degree at the Long School of Medicine in San Antonio, graduating in 2020.

She continued her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. During her residency, 

Dr. Nguyen became certified in robotic surgery and was honored as the 2024 Outstanding Resident in Gynecologic Oncology. 

Dr. Nguyen is fluent in English and Vietnamese and conversational in Spanish. She is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized care for women through every stage of life. 

Dr. Nguyen is currently accepting new patients at 2705 Hospital Dr., Building B, Ste 300, across from Citizens Medical Center. She is affiliated with DeTar Navarro, DeTar Women and Children's Hospital, and Citizens Medical Center.
